'Sweet' Life!
Hey Friends! Today I found myself wandering and spending a great deal of time in one my fav stores of all time- Michaels-Arts &Craft. I'm working on a project and while shopping I decided to start baking cupcakes from scratch. I've promised myself that I will get back to doing hobbies I truly enjoy and remaining creative. I want to decorate, sew clothing and bake. What are some creative hobbies you would like to begin and/or get back into? Hope your weekend is treating you well! xo
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Combine dry ingredients...
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbs natural stevia powder
- 12oz can of evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- shredded cocunut (optional)
Spray olive oil cooking pam on paper liners in cupcake pan.
Pour mix in no more than 1/2 to 3/4 full (try not to overfill).
Bake for 14-17 minutes or until middle is cooked (use a tooth pick to make sure it's dry).
Let 'em cool off before frosting =)).
Frosting:
-Whipped Cream
-Condensed Milk
-LowFat Greek Yogurt
-Vanilla Extra
-Organic Powder Sugar
-1/4 Whole Wheat Flour (optional)

Hey C. Hayes! Thanks for stopping by. I'm interested in sewing as well. I heard some community colleges offer free/inexpensive classes.
