Work Hard and Play Harder
Happy Tuesday Loves! Today was another successful but mega long 12-hour day. This whole media production has challenged be to grow in the area of having people skills. Learning how to deal with people with different personalities, gifts, talents and character traits will save you time, energy and peace of mind.
3 main take-away points:
-Organization is key
-Value people by letting them thrive in their area of creativity
-Treat people nicely. "Treat people like dogs and they'll act like dogs."
So after working smart, we grabbed extension cords and went round for round in double dutch. The guys jumped in on the fun as well.

ReplyDeleteReally?! That's so good to know Tamara because it's not as popular as it was when I was growing up in the 90s. A lot of my younger cousins look at it as if it's an ancient game or something. I'm not that great either but it's so much fun!
